I have invested about 49000 during November 2019 to Feb 2020

I have cancelled the subscription by Feb 28 2020,
They told it will processed within a month

Then they said due to Pandemic situation it will some time

Then during Jun 2021, they said they have scheduled the refund by Nov 2021 and it will be the last excuse, they will refund it during that time

But till now I haven't received 1 rupee from the
Please take necessary action and help us to get our money
