Fundmelon — Not received superbacker amount or principal amount after cancellation done

After 6 months of investment, our subscription was cancelled and app shown amount initiated for both invested amount and super backer amount.
They told within 10 to 21 working days, amount will be credited. Today has been more than 90 days but still no money I received.
