Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to formally register a complaint regarding my recent experience as a user on your platform, Funngro, which claims to provide freelance or part-time earning opportunities for students.
I joined Funngro with the intention of gaining professional experience and earning a small income through the tasks listed on your app. I successfully completed several tasks/projects as per the provided guidelines and within the given deadlines. However, despite completing my assignments responsibly, I have not received any payment for my efforts. Moreover, there has been no clear communication regarding the status of my payment, and repeated attempts to contact your support team have been met with either automated replies or no response at all.
This lack of payment and transparency is a direct violation of my consumer rights, particularly the Right to Information, Right to Redressal, and Right to be Heard, as stated under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. As a student, I placed trust in your platform with the expectation of a fair and transparent process. Unfortunately, my experience has led to mental distress and loss of trust in platforms that claim to empower youth.
Therefore, I request you to look into this matter urgently and process the pending payment at the earliest. Kindly provide a proper explanation regarding the delay and the steps your company is taking to resolve such issues. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within the next 7 working days, I will be compelled to take further action by lodging a formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline and other relevant authorities.
I hope this matter is treated with the seriousness it deserves.
