Furniture Home, (now Furniture Home Plus) — Purchase complete bedroom set in 2018 having 5 years warranty

I have purchased complete bedroom sets on 13th of August, 2018 for approx 1 lac from Furniture home(sarna toli, ranchi) having 5 yrs warranty.

Till now, all is well but now bed issues a hydraulic fault . Also some parts were broken.
When i called Furniture home for service, they are making excuses that our ownership is changed and all. I dont have to do anything with ownership, i want my service as my warranty lasts.
