I have purcahsed a shore rack from this shop in Jun 2015. During the time of purchase they were all good and we made some payment as advance. But after that it was all about horrific experience. They promised delivery withing 3 days, but it did not happen. We tried to call all available numbers (Hasmath, rafique, atih etc) but with no answer. After several visits to their shop, they delivered a damaged piece after one month. During the time of delivery, we made 95% of the payment and that fellow promised us to get the item repaired withing 2 working days and took back a drawer with him (and promised to bring a carpenter along with new/repaired drawer to fix main part which was also damaged during transport). After that till today, I have made several personal visit to their shop (as they wont answer calls) and called several times to Hasmath, Rafique, Mujahid etc but with no response. They dont care the customers, they dont even fear indian legal system or consumer courts (When I mentioned that I may have to go to consumer court, Rafique just said, you go to any court, they dont fear courts or law.). My request to all who may be considering to buy new furniture, dont go to this shop, go to some good shops run by good human beings (not by frauds, unprofessionals like Hasmath/Rafique/Mujahid/Ateeh etc)you can relax and live a happy life. Dont have to run frustrated behind these .
