Facing manufacturing defect with almirah bought from "bakshi steels" tilak nagar ( dealer for delitekom) . Shelfs are not in place and have fallen down. Complaints have been reported plenty of time to dealer and direct to company office. Everytime getting the same reply from both ends " repair persons are not available". Its been a month and half of purchasing this almirah.
Need serious action towards this fradulent selling.
