[Resolved]  STELLAR FURNITURE, INDORE — VERY VERY POOR SERVICE

This complaint is against Stellar Furniture, Indore (M.P). I purchased a furniture from Stellar.
At the time of purchase, they gave assurance that after -sales service of Stellar furniture is very good.
They also told me that Stellar furniture is reputed one and manufactures high quality furnitures.
Trusting on them, I purchased a furniture. There is manufacturing defect in coffee table provided alongwith
furniture set. I have called them several times but they have not rectified this problem till now.
Now from my first hand personal experience I can say with full certainty that all assurances given by them while purchasing this furniture, are false. Their services are very poor. Product quality is worst.
After-sales services are very very poor.

We purchased furniture from Steller Indore. After purchase they delayed in fixing. They made commitment to deliver & fix next day the person came after two days. Then he delayed brought wrong legs of the shoe racks. again it took time in procuring the correct leg.
The corner side tables were also purchased. After few days of purchased glass came out from Laser fixing. It was fixed after few days which also came out again. Now no one is listing and phone is also not picked up. After an efforts of one week, Mr Milind Joshi Mkt head picked up the phone. Now he is saying that service charges will have to be paid for the same. This is against the business ethics that they are asking service charges for the poor quality material supplied. I have several such items of other brands where the glass is still intact wth laser fix.
I would suggest customer not to purchased any item from Steller, they are real cheater and worst than any unbranded products.

I bought a chair from outer ring road office from Bangalore.. With in 4 month the wheel is broken, since its under warranty, i got in touch with store and they asked me to speak to indore office, but they have not responded back or fixed the wheel yet.. Quality of the product is so poor..

We purchased a bed from stellar. That bed has problem in hydraulic system just after few months of purchasing. I regularly contacting Stellar people to repair this one. They are not entertaining and few months after one mechanic came and told that he is not having proper tools will come next time and thereafter no response. I again called and than one repair-man came and said hydraulic system is not working due to gas leakage. Now they are telling you buy it on 10 march, today is 25 th march so 1 year is over and it is not under warranty thus you have to pay for the repair. When i am regularly complaining about this since 6 months. Why my product is not under warranty??
Stellar is definitely one of the worst brands I have come across, whether it is in terms of customer service, quality of products, after sales sales service or employee orientation. Highly highly unprofessional... I am shocked how such a bunch of "good for nothings" are surviving in the company... I am sure even the management is completely incompetent to address all this.. Even the bunch of HR are nothing but puppets in the hands of the managements... Guys, get a life... stop playing around with people.. else very soon you'll have to shut down your company... Pray that such a day doesnt come too soon!!!
