Furnmart Ventures Private Limited — Not able to deliver product or refund advance paid

We placed an order for Puja Mandir through Jodhpuri Furniture Store in HSR Layout, Bengaluru .
The total order amount was 36000 INR and it was fully paid by means of Credit card and UPI payment .
Mr Nabin was the store manager / sales person .
The time to deliver the product was on or before 25th January, 2025 .
We approached store around 25th January and found that Mr. Nabin is no more available in the store and instead Mr. Suraj is operating the store .
He cited some operational trouble as the factory caught fire and assured us that product will be delivered by end of this month ( Feb, 2025) . We went to the store to get an update and found that still the work has not begun and Suraj told that it will take another 15 to 20 days to prepare the order . But with our past experience and Suraj rude behaviour it became pertinent that we are not getting the order on time . He asked we can opt for refund .
On Monday, 23rd Feb he placed refund request and told we will get call from account team . We haven’t received any call and Suraj is not willing to share any number for further escalation and inquiry . Whoever we call everyone asks to get update from Suraj but Suraj is saying he can’t do anything . I even got the number of Mr. Ayush Agarwal who is the founder of this company but he also don't pick the call neither he answers for the messages. This company is a fraud.
