I had placed an order with Fusionfabs on 'www.fusionfabs.com' website headquartered in Gujarat on the 24th of September, 2021 (order number: 108609). As there was no CASH ON DELIVERY option available I had to pay Rs.316.24 using my debit card online. Upon completion of the payment I had received an email confirming my order which also stated that the item would be delivered in 4-5 days. I have been trying to contact them as the item hasn't been delivered yet. I have tried contacting them through several means and haven't gotten any response. I'd also like to bring to your kind attention that several people have similar complaints concerning Fusionfabs and I request you to take necessary action against this fraudulent company.
