I had placed an order on the 'fusionfabs' website headquartered in Gujarat on 24th September, 2021 (order number: 108609) and it was stated that the item would be delivered in 4-5 days. I had received an email confirming my order after I had made the payment of Rs 316.24 using my card. They do not have a cash on delivery option. The specified number of days have passed and I have not received it yet. I tried contacting the company through the provided number but it seems to be switched off all the time. I sent them a couple of emails but did not receive any response from them. I find that several people have similar complaints and I request you to take necessary action against this fraudulent company. I would like to receive a refund from them as soon as possible.
