Dear Sir,
I was pruchased a Laptop throgh Flipkart of company Ultimus Pro Model N4020 on 24 Nov 2023. After few days of working my Laptop display got deemed and I had logged a complaint on their service center number [protected] so many times while my first complaint was logged in 18Jan since then everytime CC executive gives us time that engineer will visit in few days but since last 2 months no one has came.
why flipkart is selling such product whose service completely unavaiilable people lossing their money in purchasing of such pathetic product and their service is also same,
Pl help how can we get the solution and need your investigation. I am attaching herewith supportive document for further investigation.
