Futura kitchen sink (product name-Designer Single Bowl Series FD 301 DB, drainer kit) was purchased through snapdeal. However i have received invoice from Futura kitchen Sinks India Ltd., Lakkasandra extn. Bangalore. I found the product was defective. If i dont get proper replacement or refund, i will file legal case against both snap deal and Futura. Futura Invoice no.2228 dtd. 13.08.15 and invoice value Rs.6800.00. Also, looks Futura Sinks is selling defective products to customers through snapdeal. I will obviously ask for compensation for so much follow up and trouble caused to the customers. I have sufficient evidence to prove defective product delivered.
