Complaint Summary:
I was induced by representatives of the above company to purchase a holiday membership worth ₹96, 000 in September 2024. I was assured of premium (3–5 star) hotel stays with quality customer service. However, during my Ayodhya trip in July 2025, the hotel provided was of extremely poor quality, available publicly for ₹2, 268 per night (proof attached). Despite several follow-ups and emails, the company refused any refund, and continues to deny wrongdoing while insisting on annual maintenance charges.
I paid the full amount via **ICICI Bank Credit Card**, and I am currently being charged EMIs and taxes for a service that has completely failed to deliver what was promised.
Relief Sought:
- Full refund of ₹96, 000
- Compensation for harassment and mental agony
- Action against the responsible staff for misrepresentation
- Cancellation of further EMIs
