When i joined the company initially i was asked to input all joining details in a hard copy which will have my UAN number used for PF inspite of sharing all details employer created a new UAN for me without my knowledge. so now i have 2 UAN new one and old one.
I emailed them after viewing my pay slip, but never saw any concrete response from them and i thought it wont create much problem and i stooped following up on that topic since i was not getting proper support.
Later i joined another company and i shared my OLD UAN number which the have correctly mapped during joining process.
Badly i was in need of money and i planned to withdraw money from my OLD UAN account, but i was not able to do so because of the conflict made by Future focus employer.
I went to PF office to seek help but they said this needs to be resolved by employer, Now when i need their help they are not even responding back, Was this information helpful? |
