In this society, open terrace flat owners and one other member (above flat) are in process of permanent construction that is extending one more room one above other.
Even after intimation to respective owner, builder and also all society members, this activity is going on. By looking at their confidence, it seems like they have some illegal support too.
So kindly address the issue otherwise it will be welcoming major accident in near future.
On of our safety and rights please look into the matter and remove all permanent 1) partitions 2) slabs 3) sheds
If all this constructions are legal then please provide me the documents on the basis of R.T.I rule .
