Future India Jobs — Paid money, but no response

I got a call form futureindiajobs. They said that, they have an opening in Manufacturing company and asked me to pay Rs.3199 . even i have said i didt upload my CV in their site. But they convinced me that they got it from Monster Jobs. After paying the money more than a week i was not given kind of information. Even i tried to call but after hearing my complaint they just disconnect me.

Even I have got the same call from them today. I am in a big dilemma whether to pay or not as the company website looks genuine to me.
