Future Public Infotech — proper explanation

Dear Future Public Infotech,

I am K.Venkatesh. i joined in your company in 10 th of April. I received my first assignment on 11 th of April. My joining letter i had submitted below.
I submitted my first assignment in time (before submission) with a total of 96 pages. I got my report yesterday (after one week of submission), saying my data is inaccurate.
I have been calling to customer service since yesterday but no one is proper reason why my data didn't approve.
I have completed the work abide by the Terms & Conditions. so I kindly request proper explanation.
