Dear Team,

I am writing regarding my order placed on your website with the following details:

- Order ID: **FY[protected]AA**
- Order date: **02 December 2025** (as shown in my account screenshot)
- Amount: **₹1, 999** (Cash on Delivery)
Product Ordered: Supreme series for couples launched in 2025-Vibrating Armor Men's Health Trainer
- product Received: **Selfie stick**
- Shipping name: **Ashik Faisal**

This order was delivered to me on **10/12/2025** under AWB **[protected]**, but the product received is not what I expected and I do not wish to keep it. I therefore request:

1. Approval to **return the product** that has been delivered to me.
2. A **full refund of ₹1, 999** to the same mode by which I paid (Cash on Delivery – refund via bank/UPI as per your policy).
3. Clear **return instructions or pickup**, including courier details and any return label, so that I can send the product back safely.

The product is unused and kept in its original packaging. I am attaching photos of the parcel, shipping label, and order screen from your website for your reference.

Kindly confirm:

- The **return authorization**,
- The **pickup/return timeline**, and
- The **expected date and mode of refund**.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be constrained to seek help from the National Consumer Helpline and appropriate consumer forums, but I hope it can be settled directly and amicably.
