I deposited 10K rupees in my FYP account and now I can neither withdraw it nor I can use the virtual card because the app has blocked the card because o[censored]nknown reason and whenever i try to unblock it again the error is shown. I ordered the physical card on 16th november, 2024 they deducted the money at the very same time but the physical card was never delivered to me and till today it shows in process. Why do they allow deposit of money if they don't allow withdraw
