Fyp Money — Refund of 1500

I transferred 1500 to fyp account which was deducted from my source account but no reflection in fyp account...after asking to fyp team they told that it will be refunded to source account within 5-7 days but no refund made even after that time period and after contacting them on app they are not responding...plz help me to get my money back...
