I did a survery attached to my bank. After completing it told me to pick 1 of 3 options and only pay shipping and handling of $5.96 which I did on 12/19/2022. Well low and behold on 12/24/2022 they charge my card $54.98 and when I called them they state I had 72 hours to cancel (whatever) and I told them that is not what I had paid for and they offered to pay me back 1/2 my money, and I told them no way, so they said 75% and I said I wanted it all, so they said fine. Well I go into my account and find they have charged me another $54.98. At this point I am going to the BBB and file papers with the Attorney General on 12/28/2022. As a senior I am sick of getting ripped off. Was this information helpful? |
