I purchased items of 5 in one sofa bed with electric pump in gadgetshub247.in website of rs.706/- per item on 29th august 2020 by seeing advertisement link in Instagram. I paid the above amount onspot using my credit card for the item. I also received the mail from company mail id that your payment is successful with order no. #1669 for the item order will be shipped, they will notify once shipped. But till today, i wasn't received no item from the company.
I also tried to check the status of item which i purchased in gadgetshub 247 site but of no use. They simply displaying the order is being package it will be shipped and sent the details within 48 hours. The same above message is showing in site for every time i check the status of product.
Later i concluded that the above site was stolen my money and not giving the product i purchased in their site. This is fraud they did to me.
Therefore i request your authorities kindly to take action against the company and also to take action to get my money back from this company, otherwise they will do the same to many innocent people and stoles the money.
