I am Prateek Gala . I am also a victim of Vivanta Hospitality fraud company. On 11 feb 2nd ’2022 this company had their set up in Hotel Radisson Bhopal . Mr. Veerdeep Bajwa and Mr Rahul Agarwal pitched us for a deal and we also got caught in their attractive fraudulent offers on them stating that Amount can be refunded anytime in case o[censored]nsatisfactory service. We (My husband & Myself) gave them Rs 140000/- on the spot and Mr Veed Deep Bajwa by credit card.
But on receiving the Welcome email on 13th Feb’22, it was mentioned that its membership based plan & lot of terms and conditions mentioned which were clearly mentioned that they don’t apply, during buying plan .
Every commitment done on the spot was falling incorrect. I called Veerdeep and he assured over phone that our’s was a customized plan and all the commitments made during deal were only valid. The Welcome email was standard one hence not to go into detail of that email.
Now on calling them for booking I received no response post 2 emails. After multiple call, one representative told that I need to Pay Rs 9000+ GST for booking as AMC. After paying 1lac 40 thousand thousand, they still need more money However was committed by Mr. Veerdeep that you you can Book all your nights in one go and in any five star or properties in India and abroad.
Today that cell number of Mr Bajwa has gone invalid too & we have lost all hope.. Its true that Team Vivanta Vacation Club/ Mr.Veerdeep Bajwa/Mr Rahul Singh are trapping many other innocent people and playing with their hard earned money .
