Gala Trade Ambank — Poor communication towards customer

Received call from Puan Mimi saying she is from gala trade. Discussing regarding my credit cards payment..accidentally i pick up the call and she is talking with another staff regarding that i did not pick up her call for the 1st time. She was having conversation with another staff saying rudely about why i did not pick up her call and saying that government staff should received their payment by yesterday and wonderingly why i did not pick her call..i have my own job to do.. She is not supposedly to talk in a manner like that in front of her customer..that is so unproffesional.. Please do assign another person to call me next time as i dont want to talk with that kind of person.. If she dont like her job please do find another job that suitable for herself..
