I have bought a 3bhk property in galaxy pinecourt in 2013 with agreed handover date in 2016. There has been 3 years delay in handover which was not communicated to me by galaxy team, and now when i reached out to them i hear that there are further delays. They still do not have a handover date. I would like to have a compensation for this immense delay. They dont care to respond to emails and calls. Extremely pathetic behaviour towards customers and zero professionalism. More details below -
