Hi. I am ayan and i am from kurnool, andhra pradesh. I have ordered a graphic card asus graphics card pascal series - gtx 1050 ti 4gb gddr5 phoenix edition × 1 for rs.11500/-. On[protected] and the order id is #1336. I got a call from gamefixz.com by the name mannveer dhillon from punjab, he said that you have placed the order and transfer the full amount to given account number which was sent to my mail. I told him that i will not pay the money but u have to give me cash on delivery, he said no sir its not as per our policy rules u should at least transfer rs.5000/- to our account which was send to your mail, and i have transferred some amount of rs.5000/- to the account on[protected]. The account number which i have transferred is [protected], account holder name is inderjit kaur. After transferring i called him for confirming the transaction, and he confirmed that the money has received to the account, and he said that the package will be sent to the courier in 2-3 hours which was on[protected] i. E saturday. On same day i called him i ask whats the status of the order? He said sorry sir today the courier has not done, i will courier it on monday i. E 19-02.2018. I waited for monday and again called him for the status of the package he said that he send it till evening to the courier and will send the tracking id to my mail but he hasn't courier. On next day[protected] i. E tuesday again i called him to check for the status of the order he said i have sent it to the courier and gave me the tracking id, but the given tracking was wrong and again i called him and asked for the correct tracking id. He gave me another tracking is which is [protected], of blue dart courier service. I have checked the tracking id in the blue dart tracking site and it showed me that "no matching waybill/reference number". Again i called him to give me the correct tracking number but he did answered my call. I was keep calling him that day to till date but he did not answered my call."i have all the call recordings occurred in between us". Kindly please help me and bring justice.
Just i want my money back.
