Gameloot — False claims and not sending the product

I had a XBOX One X - 1TB which was fully in a working condition and I wanted to sell it. So, I raised a request on Gameloot, they picked my product around 27th April 2024. The shipment was delivered to them the next day and on their portal the status got changed to "Testing in progress".
I have waited for around 10 days for their response but there was no update from them so I called them multiple times but there was no response so I raised a ticket on their support portal and after that I got a call from them saying that the product was not working properly and we will not give you the whole amount (~11000 INR). After the discussion with them I asked them to return back the product so that I can sell it somewhere else. They told that they will return it back and the status got changed to "Return" on their portal. But till date I have not received it.
Again, after communicating with them over mail multiple times all they are saying is that the product will be shipped in next 24 hours or it is already shipped.
