This is a complain against Mr. Manish Banerjee (Address: 127, R. N. Tagore Road, Thakurpukur, Near Tollygunge Haridevpur Ajay Sanhati Club, Kolkata – 700063, Mob.: [protected]) and his wife named Mrs. Rakhi Banerjee (Address: 127, R. N. Tagore Road, Thakurpukur, Near Tollygunge Haridevpur Ajay Sanhati Club, Kolkata – 700063, Mob.: [protected]) both they are using the same number for Cheating Purpose). They have cheated me of Rs. 10, 000/- by a promise of the Commission on Sale of a Fake Land which is situated as per his statement in Bhawanipore. He told me that there is a land of 5 Katha of which sale value is approximately 8 Cr. (1 Cr. 60 Lacs per Katha Current Rate in Bhawanipore as per he said). He said he is a Land Broker and he would like to take me as his partner for this deal only and will get 3% Brokerage (24 Lacs approximately) which will be divided between me and him (12 Lacs Each). As you know everybody needs money and I require this money (12 Lacs) to make success my plan to go for buying an own house as I staying currently in rent. I believed him according to the acquaintance from my In-Laws Family and on trust I did not think further to make any Formal/Legal agreement on a Stamp Paper/Legal Paper with him which was a blunder mistake by me what I am understanding now. He told me that there is a pending Property Tax of last year of that land (In Bhawanipore) which was Rs. 10, 000/- and he is investing Rs. 5, 000/- for this and he asked me to invest Rs. 5, 000/- which I paid him (Mr. Manish Banerjee) by Google Pay of Rs. 3, 000/- on 29-March-2024 and Rs. 2, 000/- on 19-April-2024. Moreover, he told me it will also have to make a Brokerage Agreement by us with the Land Owner/Builder, for that he made me a telephonic conversation on 14-June-2024 by his phone with a Fake Advocate who is practicing in Calcutta High Court named Ms. Indrani Bhattacharjee and she told that it is required Total Rs. 10, 000/- for two members, each member has to pay Rs. 5, 000/-, So, I again paid him (Mr. Manish Banerjee) Rs. 5, 000/- on same day 14-June-2024. After that he started to play drama with me and stopped to receive my phone, only he sends written message in WhatsApp saying that the progress was going on and he would inform me about the closing of the deal but could not confirm the time. Then I contacted with one of his friend whom I personally know named Mr. Manish Roy, Mobile Number: [protected], residing at near Haridevpur Post Office, Tollygunge, Kolkata – 700082 and get known everything of Mr. Manish Banerjee’s Total Fake Commitment from beginning and there is no such land of 5 Katha and no Advocate by name of Indrani Banerjee practicing in Calcutta High Court. Then when I charged him about all this by written in WhatsApp Message (As he stopped to receive my phone), first, he told me to return my money of Rs. 10, 000/- within July 2024, then at the end of July 2024, he failed to returned my money and promised to return the same at the end of the August 2024, again he failed to return the same on time and again he promised to return me at 29-September-2024 without fail, but again he failed to keep his promise and did not return my money till now and whenever I ask him for return my money, he is giving lots of Family Excuses/Problems. Now, I understood he does not have any intention to return my money which he cheated from me by Fake promise and lied everything. In last Month, 26-December-2024, I have visited and meet their house, Manish’s wife Mrs. Rakhi Banerjee will departed me from their house by saying Rough and Toxic Languages. Mr. Manish do not do any Job/Service or any Business, his wife run the family and Mr. Manish suppose people by Sugar Coating with whom he can cheat and then the Husband and Wife make the plan how to trap that people. They stopped to receive my call and blocked me in WhatsApp Messenger. I have gone to my local Police Station but Police Officer denied to take and lodge General Diary/FIR and said I have to bring Court Order and Notice and then they lodge the complaint. I talked to an Advocate and he asked from me a Huge Charges (The total expenses for all Court Proceedings with Advocate’s Fees is approximately Rs. 15, 000/- to Rs. 20, 000/- which is more of my cheated money) for producing Case File in Court, taking Court Order and everything. Then I have gone to the local clubs nearest to Mr. Manish Banerjee’s House and talked to their Secretary but they did not show any interest in this case. Not only that they have cheated more people out of which two people whom I know personally, Mr. Manish Roy (Mob.: [protected], Rs. 5, 000/-) and Mr. Phanu Hansda (Mob.: [protected], Rs. 2, 500/-), they also tried to recover their money from Mr. Manish Banerjee and Mrs. Rakhi Banerjee by every possible way, but all in vain. NOW YOU PEOPLE SAY WHAT TO DO NOW WITH THEM AND HOW TO TREAT THESE PEOPLE AND HOW I CAN RECOVER MY MONEY FROM THEM?
MOREOVER, Mrs. RAKHI BANERJEE COMPARES HERSELF WITH MAMATA BANERJEE, HOUNOURABLE CHIEF MINISTER OF WEST BENGAL, IN LAST CONVERSATION WITH Mrs. RAKHI BANERJEE ON 20-JANUARY-2025, SHE SAID “MAMATA BANERJEE IS TELLING LOTS AND LOTS OF LIES, DOING FAKE PROMISES TO THE COMMON PEOPLE, STEALLING PEOPLES’ MONEY BY DECEPTING THEM, SO, WHY SHOULD SHE CAN’T TELL LIE AND CHEAT THE PEOPLE, IT IS THE BEST PRACTICE AND FASHION WHICH SHE TAUGHT FROM MAMATA BANERJEE, HOUNOURABLE CHIEF MINISTER OF WEST BENGAL.”
