Please note, I am Overcharged for a refund !
I, by mistake, transferred Rs. 20, 000 instead of 2, 000/- to Gandhi Brothers selling Punjab State Lottery Tickets.
I was contacted to check if I wanted more tickets or refund of 18, 000/- .
I requested a refund of 18, 000/- saying it was done by mistake.
Gandhi Brothers told me that payumoney would charge 5% on 18, 000/ for the refund to be processed.
I had strong doubts as it appeared unprofessional, unethical & impractical.
However, first thing first, I wanted the refund so I had to agree.
I would really appreciate your intervention & help here to logically & professionally rectify their mistake.
