Respected Sir,

Greetings from The Gandhi International, Jodhpur.

This is in reference to the Credit cards machine installed at my Hotel in the year of 2015, Till date we are using it .

From last 2 month we have been suffering lots of problems regarding swapping cards.

I have complaints so many times on toll free no . Person is attending the complaints and saying about the network issue, till date the problem is not resolved .

I request you to please look into the matter and resolve this issue Because when my Guest wants to check out and pay by card, some time it takes a very long time. Guest are having BUS, Trains for his next destination. His time is wasting due to non swapping of cards. This situation become very painful for both o[censored]s ( Me as well as guest.)
If you are unable to provide the solution of This issue I have to surrender this machine and also close the current account and move to another Bank.
