I am from mumbai. On 26th jan'19 i went to devrukh, ratnagiri along with my family to see the land arranged by ganesh dattaram khamkar. We liked the small land and ganesh has suggested to immediately transfer lac of rupees as an advance to reserve the same. I have transferred the amount (More than one lac) to his account. Since that time he is just giving a date for registration. We asked him to return the money and he is not even doing the same. My old mom and dad have saved that money for years and now they are crying because of his fraudulent behavior.
Please suggest what legal action can be taken to punish him and get my money back.
