Ganga Fashion — Cheated on online shopping

I approached based on Facebook Market place for online shopping for getting a dress.. On 27th aug their Messenger reply was to what'sup to [protected] this number to get the details for the material.. I have sent the what'sup message to check the availability and they immediately replied stating stock is available, no COD please make gpay or phonepay to [protected] so that dress will be dispatched on the same day. I have paid an amount of 900rs through gpay and informed them stating I have paid and kindly share the dispatch details but I have not received any reply and calls were declined and dress is also not received.
