Yesterday visited a store ( Gangar Eye nation) for a purchase of spectacles,

The staff is so rude and manner less, that they don't even have the knowledge of spectacles, neither the manners to speak to a LADY CUSTOMER. His name is Subhash. He was like if he wears a -3 to -4 no. then he will fall on the ground. is this the way to speak to a customer. I don't know how such a good renowned company Gangar eye nation, keeps like these kind of staff.

The experience with the Doctor who checked my eye was too good, she was humble and understanding person.

I was just about to buy the specks and comments made by the person made me leave the store at the same time. yes nothing was lost by the person but Gangar Eye nation lost a customer.

at least a person should be knowledgeable enough to understand the specks no. and know how to speak to a woman. then only he can sell the product otherwise he will just make customer go away.
