Gangothri Developers — taken additional amount in the name of gst and not giving tax invoice

I had purchased flat in hyderabad, alkapoor area from m/s gangothri developers. The builder has taken additional amount as gst and not given tax invoice for the same nor even gst number under which he has paid gst, not giving commencement, completion and occupancy certificate, electricity sanction letter and not building as promised in brochure despite many requests since 10 months.
