Garbage Collection — Irregular collection of garbage

We are residents of Plot no 104, Street.no.7, Janachaitanya colony, opposite Sunrise villas, Hyderabad.
Garbage removal person is not regular, collects once in 4 days, and has lot of issues, attitude problem, always say go and complain if you want, no body can tell us anything because we have a contract with GHMC, The garbage piles up and starts to stinks.
This has been brought to your supervisor who is allotted to our locality, but no action.
Request you to look into it.
