Garbage Collection — Late garbage collection and not providing public garbage bin

Here I want to inform you that in old seelampur Gandhi nagar Street 11 is not clean public throw their garbage on the street because an absence of garbage bin so a small hill of garbage collecting day by day McD came on the other roots but not in street 11 only once or twice in a week it causes hurdred of flies which can spread diseases.
Kindly provide a garbage bin.
