The lady who used to collect garbage passed away now her keen I believe daughter in law comes to pick up the garbage. She keeps asked for extra money then we usually pay to have our garbage collect. I feel it is outrageous. I have two kids and other 3 members in the house obviously my garbage amount might be a bit more but how am I the only one paying extra and why now. Can anything be done.
