Garbage Van — Garbage vehicle not coming

I want to complaint against garbage van coming in our locality . we are facing problem of irregularities and irresponsible survice, there is no fix time to come, and alert alam of van is also not audible, and sometimes it took 3-4 days to come our address is 50/2 maa Ambika Nagar near sangam nagar, area pin is 452006
