(i) We three, Anup Kumar Dubey (file no- CA[protected], Sangeeta Dubey(file no- CA[protected], my wife & Abhaya Dubey(file no- CA[protected], my daughter applied for renewal of PP.
(ii) As per the attached mail dated 10/07/2025, these files were referred to Garfa Police Station. Mr Himadri Roy in the said PS, was assigned the job of police verification.
(iii) All the desired docs were submitted & police verification at my house was done by Mr. Saurabh Das, representative of Mr. Roy on 21/08.2025. (iv)Docs were asked for in piecemeal manner. (iv) On 02/10/2025, E Voter IDs of all three persons were asked, and the same were whattapp on the same date. ( v ) None of my whattapp communication & call to Mr Roy has been attended till date. (vi) On- line status of PP renewal shows that the matter is still lying with Garfa police station (vi) Finding no solution, this complain is being raised for early redressal & renewal of PP.
