The service in your Sirsa, Haryana branch was not satisfactory as compared to Bhatinda branch. I was there was 6 hours, no refreshments were provided, the person handling my car provided me with a commitment of giving me discount on labour cost but later didnt deliver on the promise, there were additional costs added to the bill which wouldn't have been added in the Bhatinda branch, i own 3 of your company's vehicles and i am a loyal mahindra costomer this is not what i expected.
