[Resolved]  Gargieyas Consultancy — Refusal to Deliver to Office Floor

I would like to raise a complaint regarding the delivery service for my orders. Despite the complete office address being mentioned clearly, including the floor number, the delivery executives consistently refuse to bring the package up to the 5th floor and insist that I come down to collect it.

This becomes especially inconvenient when I have multiple orders arriving on the same day, as I am sometimes forced to step out of important office meetings to go downstairs and collect each package separately.

I request that this be addressed with the delivery partners in my area, and that they be instructed to deliver to the address as mentioned, or at least notify in advance if floor delivery is not possible so I can make alternate arrangements. Repeated failure to do so is causing avoidable disruption to my work.
