Garlic Holiday — holiday package not delivered as per itinerary

My husband and i booked andaman holiday package dated 27.01.2019 to 1.02.2019. But these garlic holiday people left no stones un-turned in gaining benefit from duping us. Right from the start when we began booking, their manager arun kept calling for booking. We booked the package in september and by 10 oct 18 we had paid half the amount. Arun sent the vouchers within 2 days of payment. After that we tried keep in touch with him but his interaction regarding the bookings were limited. From first week of january there were few communications for our id proofs and all. After repeated calling him he sent us the havelock hotel confirmations and asked us to pay the rest of the amount once we reach port blair. The amount was to be paid to the driver. Though we denied but after reaching port blair we had to pay as the driver was instructed not to pick us up without the rest of the payment. Though the driver was good and was on time, the rest of the itinerary was all manipulated and full of lies. Once we reached havelock, we were not taken to the hotel as per the confirmation, instead we were taken taken to a much cheaper hotel and no proper explanation were given. Since there were no network we could not contact arun or any other representative. The local guide paresh refused to entertain any of our grievances. Also as per our itinerary we were supposed to be provided with a vehicle 24x7. But on third day which was our free day as per itinerary they refused any service of the vehicle. We had to manage our our transportation for the day. Also our cruise to and fro to havelock from port blaier was arranged in green ocean. We had requested on macruzz and even after 5 months prior booking they didnt managed ticket for the same.
For confirmation i personally spoke to the radhakrishnan hotel to confirm if our bookings were made or not. To my surprise they told that on 5th jan arun have mailed them for booking and they have denied on the same day. But the audacity of these garlic people, they sent me a false hotel confirmation and even claimed that the bookings were done. (Attachments done).
On day 4 we came to port blair and to our horror again our hotel were changed. Instead of hotel andaman castle as per itinerary we were taken to a hotel 10km away from the city. Even the pickup driver complained of their miscommunication as he was waiting for us since 10 am when we were supposed to arrive at 12pm. Since network was available we tried calling arun but he was not available. We also tried speaking to the person whose number is available on the website but no avail. After a few minutes someone called vijay contacted us. He was supposed to be a local agent but claimed to be out port blair when we asked him to meet us. After giving him severe warnings about filing complaint with the local police he contacted us after few minutes and arranged us a hotel in the city which was a new property with not even a restaurant available.
I also personally spoke to the andaman castle people and they told that they has stopped taking orders from garlic holidays since months before we finalized our package as they don't pay them.
These people are too manipulative and frauds. For even stopping their vehicle on route any place other than the mentioned places they gave us charges like 1000 rps, which we were bound to cancel.
Kindly take action action these fraud people so that they cannot spoil any other peoples much awaited holiday
