Dear Mr. Kedia,
I am the owner o[censored]nit number 11 (Original 594/595) in your magic hill project.
I demand full refund of my money paid with accrued interest till date.
This project was marketed in US, with TV advertisement featuring Monica Bedi in year 2007. As a retail investor with a dream of having retirement home in India, we foolishly invested our hard earned money.
I first paid deposit to Sternon/Garnet office in New york on December 10th, 2007 for USD 37, 947/- for units 594 & 595 for Magic Hills Phase 1, which was deposited in US bank immediately and cashout.
Subsequently I had paid following deposits
Rs.471, 200/- on 26/12/2007
Rs. 282, 750/- on 31/12/2010
Rs. 600, 00/- on 15/062015
Rs. 600, 000/- on 15/07/2015
Rs. 600, 000/ - on 15/08/2015
Rs. 600, 000/- on 15/09/2015
Rs. 600, 000/- on 15/10/2015.
We had agreement to pay Rs.5, 305, 103/- as total amount out of which I had already paid 3, 753, 950/- to Garnet and 1, 000, 000/- to Sternon.
Upon vigorous follow up with your office, they said they will complete the work only if I pay extra 320, 000/- which was not part of original agreement.
It seems that there was no intent to give delivery of the subject villa, its been promised to be completed for last 15 years now.
I hereby demand the authorities to intervene and make these builders accountable.
I request Garnet to refund my all my deposits with accrued interest. I have all the documentations to prove all of the facts with copies of email correspondence.
