Garuda Vega Courier Services — non delivery of consignment to the true addressee

I sent a consignment to usa on 23 rd sept 2018
Vide invoice no [protected] in the name of naga venkata uma deepti located at 5556, new territory blvd, apt #7308,
Sugarland, tx, 77479.

I am told the consignment was not delivered to the correct addressee but was delivered to a wrong person and at a wrong address.

As a result the consignment has not reached true addressee..

We made enquiries with garuda customer care and we are not satisfied with their reply and they are casual with no responsibility and as such we have preferred to lodge complaint in consumer forum.
