I have booked a parcel from Chennai, India to Toronto, Canada on 16.07.22 through Garudavegas at Ambattur branch. As we had a bitter experience with UPS, I have asked for sending it through DHL instead o[censored]PS. The agents at Ambattur also agreed to send it through DHL and for that they have charged extra money. Rs 1500/-.
But inspite of that they have sent it through UPS.
Further, even after one week, it's still lying in India (Bengaluru) only.
