Respected Sir/Madam,
My favourite car is Hyundai i10, so I opted to buy it. But
now I am left in middle of nowhere.
I would like to escalate for the bad service provided by Garve Motors Pvt ltd, Wakad, Pune, Maharashtra, India.

I met with an accident, while I was driving in my Hyundai
i10 car on Mumbai-Pune expressway, while returning from Mumbai. I had given my
car to Garve motors (above address) on the same day. I had insurance of my car
from Oriental Insurance, which Garve motors did not had a tie up with. So it
was decided that, I will pay the money first and then claim the amount. Everything
was clear and there were no delays from the Insurance company.

My work was handed over to Kedar from Garve
Motors, where he said that the parts are ordered and once he receive the parts,
work will be started. He also gave the estimate to Insurance company surveyor
and also mentioned that there wont be any increase in amount in the final bill.
After 1month when I called Kedar, he said parts have come and they will start
the work. For 3 months (Apr-Jul14), I kept on doing follow-up with Kedar, but
no response. He never called me for any update. Till 3 months my car was lying
on the terrace under sun and rain.

Later escalated this to Pramod Nagne (Kedar’s
manager). In the 4
th month he said that, he will take care of the
work from here. No need to check with Kedar for any updates. For another 1month
I kept on doing follow-up with Pramod, but still no response. They blamed the
Insurance company, but when I checked with the Mr. Satish Pawar (car’s surveyor
from Oriental Insurance), he said there were never any delays from Insurance
company. Then Pramod gave another estimate to Insurance company, in which
several arguements went on stating that this may now come under total loss. But
after several arguements between Pramod and Mr. Satish it sorted out. I also
escalated this to Mr. Rahul Kurmude (GM) of Garve Motors, Wakad.

Now this is the 5th month going on
and Pramod comes up saying that they have opened the engine now and the shaft
seems to be rusted and they added another 40K amount to the estimate. Now the
vehicle damage seems to be in Total loss and Insurance company have no idea,
what needs to be done at this stage.
MY QUESTION HERE:
1.
Why the total estimate was not provided at the
first instance by Kedar and Pramod (Engineer at Garve motors, Wakad). Same
concern raised by Mr. Satish Pawar (Surveyor, Oriental Insurance).
2.
Why did they open the engine in the 5th
month and why didn’t they do it first.
3.
The rust in the engine happened because it was
kept in open under sun and rain for 3 months, without any cover on it.
4.
Why do we have such INCOMPETENT employees in
Automobile industry, who doesn’t understand the work so called “CUSTOMER
SERVICE”.
5.
WHY I (CUSTOMER) SHOULD SUFFER BECAUSE OF THE
INABILITY FEW WORKERS IN THE AUTHORIZED GARVE SERVICE STATION.
With due respect to Hyundai company,
I seek a respectful answer and solution to this. This is a trust and patience
from a true customer, who waited for 5months to drop this mail.
I love my car a lot, but because of someone’s negligence I am
suffering a lot.

I had given my car in Garve Hyundai, Pune on 8th June 2019 and registered for a claim for Bajaj Allianz.
On 10 june I called Bajaj Allianz and they told me that your claim could not be settled.
I called claim department and told them to not repair my car if claim is been rejected but they are saying that I have to pay Rs 5000 for estimation even if I don't repair.
I had not given this information earlier so I am not satisfied with this argument.
I will go today or tomorrow to talk to them and will pull this case further.
