We have had many bad experiences with Garve Tata Motors, Pune right before purchasing the car. Below is the list of bad experiences
1. We were waiting eagerly for our new car Nexon Petrol booked on 15th March 2022, when after 2 months we got to know that the order placed by Garve Motors were for Diesel car instead of Petrol.
2. The time taken for RTO registration was more than 15 working days.
3. At the time of 1st free service, Garve Motors provided pick and drop and to our surprise the driver had an accident with our new car damaging the bonnet and the number plate. We were very much mentally disturbed as the driver didn’t inform initially that he had met with an accident and wasn’t answering the call, we had to make various calls to find out why the car wasn’t arrived at our place. The car arrived at our place at 12.30 am and we sent it back for repairing and gave us after a day. When they came with the car there was hardly any petrol left, it could go only till 8 kms. When we gave the car for servicing it had the petrol capacity of 124 kms. They should have been little bit considerate to fill the petrol with some more capacity. Also, the number plate is just repaired and not changed, the CRM calls and just gives assurance but nothing is done. Because of this our complete long weekend of travel was ruined.
4. After 2 months still we haven’t received the RC of the car.
After all this there’s no update nor any lead calls from their end. We must always call to ask for the updates. There is no communication from the dealer’s side, we need to always follow up to get the details. The process is also very slow. There is no 1-point contact and we have to run from pillar to post and no one solves the problem
I have mentioned everything in brief so that it doesn’t go very long but there’s much more than this. Was this information helpful? |
