I, Vijay Kumar R/o Delhi. This is a complaint against GARVIT INNOVATIVE PROMOTERS LIMITED., having its Registered Office at PLOT NO-1, CHITI, GAUTAM BUDH NAGAR, GREATER NOIDA -203202, Uttar Pradesh, INDIA. Mr. Sanjay Bhati was Chairman and Mg. Director.

In the month of November 2018, I have invested RS-62, 100 in this company, and after that Company should have return RS-9, 765 per month to us as per the agreement. So, I have received my first EMI in the month of December 2018 as per the agreement. But after that Company has stopped payment.
So, I have requested company to look into this and they said that you should wait for some time to complete the payment. So, I thought that their request is genuine, so I accepted to wait as I had no alternative.

After completion of waiting period when I personally contacted them at their office many times & began the follow-up for claim of my Money. Company said they are sending cheque at my address with full of the amount.

On dated 05/03/2019, After lot of postponing, company gave me a cheque no. 621040, dtd. 30/12/2019, amount Rs. 94, 850/- of Nobal Co-operative Bank, Noida-201301. But as per the current condition of the Company it seems to be a fraud Where Sanjay Bhati (Owner of the Company) had did this fraud.

We are a middle-class family person and cannot afford the legal charges to approach the Court of Law. This is such a Stupid things in such a Democratic country this things has to be taken care by Hon. Supreme court of India and provide justice to the peoples and penalized these types of organizations.
We hereby, request you for taking necessary legal action against the aforesaid persons & get our hard earned money refunded, with bank interest.
