we have booked gas on 31/08/2012 , our consumer number is 603316(name-Naliniyamma) still we have not received gas(14/11/2012)
the gas agency dose not attend any telephone calls , later we comes to know that they given gas to many other persons who is booked only September month
kindly do the needful
