my father in law is a customer of magadh gas agency ,kurji pool,opp. kurji math,patna-10,with distributor code 177145.His customer no. is 2506 ,SV. no.691668 .I got my number on 28th jan 2013 and till date i have not received gas cylinder yet.Again i complained after 5 days to manager Mr. surendra thrice on phone.He assured me that i will get the cylinder in 2days but today is 19th feb.2013 and i have not received the same.This problem i am facing from last 4 months and everytime the agency is not responding properly.I am 8month pregnant and my husband works in a bank so personally i or my husband are unable to go to the agency so the people of agency or their vendors are harrasing me.
Please do what could be done from ur end ,kindly take strict actions against the agency and try to solve problems of the customers of Magadh agency.
